Health Tip of the Week: Take a break
Life get’s busy and stressful. We don’t take the time to take care of ourselves as we should. Be kind to yourself this week by allowing yourself to take a break. It could 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or even a full day. Take time to relax and breathe
- Walk outside
- take a bubble bath
- Stretch/ excercise
- Call and old friend
- Read a Book
Do whatever you need to in order to unwind in a healthy way and Recharge.
